Your project is assigned to a customer service representative who is constantly familiar with your job status.  Each job has a master file that produces production sheets with bar codes.
At each operation station a scanner records the start and stop times.  This produces an ongoing real time accounting of where the project is in the production process.

Reports are generated and reviewed twice during every shift by office and floor management.  At the end of each job, it is reviewed with real equipment, process times and material usage.  This information is compared to the initial quote to help us refine our quoting process and provide you with the most competitive pricing possible.
